Help with offers
Stacie represents you when offers come in from buyers' agents, paid at closing.
“Who knows your property better than you? You can list it for only $385 and avoid the middle person.”

Good questions to ask first
Still unsure? Email mls@list4flatfee.com with your county and Stacie will send the agreement to review before you order.
Do I have to pay the buyer's agent?
No. You're not required to offer compensation to a buyer's agent. A buyer can ask you to pay their agent in an offer, and you can accept, counter or decline. Compensation is always negotiable and is never set by law, by us or by the MLS.
Do I owe anything when the house sells?
Nothing to List4FlatFee. Your $385 is the whole fee, unless you choose the optional help-with-offers service.
What areas do you cover?
Washington State through the NWMLS and RMLS. We don't belong to the Tri-Cities MLS, so Franklin and Benton counties aren't covered. For Oregon, Arizona, Hawaii and other states, Stacie can refer you to a trusted flat fee broker.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime during the six-month listing, with no additional charge.
Who handles showings and offers?
You do. Buyer leads are emailed to you, and you can add a lockbox and ShowingTime so agents can book showings. If you'd like a broker on your side for offers, add the help-with-offers option.
How fast will my listing go live?
Within one business day after we have your signed forms, photos, payment and your approval of the listing preview. You can also pick a future go-live date.
